What I offer
You may know what it is you need, or you may feel uncertain. Together we can explore which approach is right for you.
Clinical Psychology
Clinical psychology is an evidence-based discipline designed to make sense of complex human distress without reducing it to simple formulas. We examine both the internal architecture of your mind and the wider systems you inhabit, acknowledging how you have adapted while directly challenging the patterns that no longer serve you.
Whether you are experiencing specific mental health difficulties and symptoms or longer-term challenges, rather than a uniform method, our together will draw selectively from primary clinical traditions:
Psychodynamic & Relational: Uncovering unconscious drivers, defenses, and recurring patterns.
Systemic & Cross-Cultural: Examining the weight of family relationships, expectations, and cultural context.
Trauma & Somatic Integration: Making space to face the unbearable parts of your past. Together we can process what happened, how it affects you now, and work towards a new way of living.
Cognitive & Behavioural Precision: Establishing practical changes in perspectives and behaviour in order to gain clarity of thought and feeling.
Depth Work
Long-term psychological inquiry for complex realities.
Certain challenges require time, unyielding containment, and the courage to look past immediate conscious awareness. For people navigating complex trauma, deep existential reckoning, or entrenched patterns rooted in early life, I provide open-ended depth work on a once or twice weekly basis.
By establishing a dedicated, consistent rhythm, we create the safety needed to explore unconscious motivations, unspoken conflicts, and historical survival strategies directing your present choices.
The focus is structural rather than cosmetic: untangling difficult internal truths at their root to foster profound, durable change.
Young People & Adolescents
Psychological consultation for identity formation and developmental transitions.
Stepping out of childhood requires navigating a rapidly shifting internal and external landscape. For adolescents, establishing an autonomous identity often creates acute internal tension, balancing the desire for independence with the vulnerability of forging a self distinct from family expectations.
Consultations offer an unhurried, confidential forum for young people to explore their emerging identity, relational anxieties, behavioural changes and the unexamined pressures shaping their world. The work is neither patronising nor directive; it is an open dialogue to help them articulate who they are and find their footing.
To support the young person effectively, I work collaboratively with parents and carers through regular, scheduled reviews—maintaining an essential balance between clinical transparency for the family and absolute confidentiality for the adolescent.
Training and Organisational Consultation
Clinical psychology applied to systemic complexity, leadership, and institutional health.
I consult with executive leadership, boards, and specialised teams navigating high-pressure transitions, cultural fragmentation, or acute operational distress. Rather than delivering off-the-shelf training, engagements are built around the specific psychological landscape of your organisation.
Consultations move past the surface level and examine the structural drivers of institutional friction, improving decision making, de-escalating entrenched relational impasses, and establishing robust psychological containment across the enterprise.
Training and workshops for schools, institutions and clubs can also be delivered on specific psychological topics and issues.
Available for private seminars, strategic advisory, and bespoke organisational workshops.
VISIBILITY, ART AND PUBLIC SCRUTINTY
Rigorous psychological exploration away from the public eye, holding the tension of your craft without sanitising your edge.
